* Carrying out full business audit to gain an understanding of the business across the key disciplines areas: – trading history; current service & product areas; level of innovation; facilities and processes; sales and marketing activity; export success; roles and activities across the team; management structure overview and future planned activity.

* This audit report provides a foundation to assess key areas of support required and summarise a SWOT analysis.

* Facilitation of internal strategy sessions to map out and seek agreement on the way forward for the business providing a platform to discuss the vision for the development of the business and to develop a list of key priorities and targets for the business moving forward and how these are going to be achieved
